Daniel Boone unable to keep up, falls to Halls 42-21

21 unanswered points by Halls doomed Daniel Boone, who ended their season with a 42-21 loss.

Daniel Boone opened the third quarter with a Noah Shelton scamper score with just under eight minutes remaining in the quarter.

The Red Devils would answer with an 8-yard score. However, the Blazers weren’t done. Facing a 4th and 8 just 23 yards from scoring, Shelton found Jake Chandler who dashed into the end zone and tied the contest at 21 with 10:37 remaining in the contest.

That is when Halls QB Caden Harbin found J.T. Feels for a 73-yard score and the Red Devils ran away with the contest.

The Blazers were able to get a 4th and three and take over less than 50 yards from their own end zone, but they couldn’t take advantage of the field position, missing a 17-yard field goal with 5:45 remaining before the half.
