Gailya Couch

Mrs. Gailya R. Couch, age 76, Jonesborough, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Couch was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Paul and Edith Moyers Good. Mrs. Couch was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. “Jack” Couch. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one brother, James D. Good, Johnson City; sisters, Mary Ellen Ward, Jonesborough, and June Taylor and husband, Jerry, Portland; nephews and nieces, Judy Hensley, Johnson City, Karen Smith, Johnson City, Mark Ward, Knoxville, Ronnie Ward, Roanoke, Va., Beth Nichols, Jonesborough, Bradley Ward, Jonesborough, Jennifer Smith, White House, and Jeanna Campbell, Portland; special great-nephew, Joey Smith, Johnson City; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 16, 2012, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
Interment services were conducted Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joey Smith, Steve Smith, Mark Ward, Ronnie Ward, Bradley Ward and Joey Keys. Honorary pallbearer were Roy Campbell.
