The Jonesborough Community Chest is seeking nominations for the 2023 Jonesborough's Outstanding Volunteer Award.
Up to three adults and two students (grades 7-12) will be selected for recognition and honored at a special event on April 24, 2023.
Deadline for nominations is February 9, 2023. Both organizations that engage volunteers and individuals are encouraged to submit nominations.
There volunteer's service must bring direct and specific benefits to the community.
The nomination should include details about organizations or events where
service was given as well as dates and approximate amount of time should be given when available.
It must also include a 300-word description of the benefits and uniqueness of the service.
