NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 14, 2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 3, 2006, in Book No. T217, at Page 543, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Johnson County, Tennessee, executed by William R Williams and Veronia R Williams, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M. Weiss as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Fidelity Mortgage of NY a division of Delta Funding Corporation, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Johnson County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: Situate and lying in the Second Civil District of Johnson County, Tennessee and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning on an iron pin set, said iron pin set to Martha Ringwald and said iron pin set being on a course of north 58 deg. 33' east, and a distance of 69.28 feet from the general northeastern most corner of the house situate on said premises; thence, from said iron pin set, north 69 deg. 18' west 100.00 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin set being on a course of north 10 deg. 58' west, and a distance of 61.54 feet from the general northern most corner of the house situate on said premises; thence, north 49 deg. 11' west, 121:63 feet to an iron pin found corner to Martha Ringwald and corner to Lot Ho. 24; thence, in part line of Lot No. 24 and Lot No. 22, south 21 deg. 45' west, 70.00 feet to an iron pin found near power pole corner to Lot No. 22 and corner to Lot No. 23; thence, with line of Lot No. 23, south 31 deg. 24 'east, 199.44 feet to an iron pin set corner to Lot No. 23 and said iron pin set situate on the general northern edge of Chestnut Drive; thence, with general northwestern edge of Chestnut Drive, north 57 deg. 29' east, 122.00 feet to a stake; thence, with general western edge of Chestnut Drive, north 04 deg. 57' east, 55.00 feet back to the point of beginning.
