Presentation to show artist’s photos from South Africa

Jonesborough Fine Art Gallery, a local cooperative of 26 artists located on Main Street, will host outdoor photographer gallery and member Richie Hayward for a photo presentation on his recent trip to South Africa.

The slide show will feature the Big 5 — lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and Cape buffalo — as well as other wild animals from Africa.

The slide show begins at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 16. It will take place at The Dining Room, the restaurant located adjacent to the gallery. A dinner will take place at 6 p.m. Seating is limited to 30 people. To make a reservation, call 753-6400.

There is no cost for the presentation and there is a low-cost buffet provided by the Dining Room.

The Jonesborough Fine Art Gallery and Dining Room are located at 144 E. Main St., Jonesborough.
