Tyler Williams to take MOTS stage

Music On The Square’s weekly outdoor concert will feature Tyler Williams on Friday, May 25, at 7 p.m.

An aspiring singer and instrumentalist originally from Marysville, Ohio, Williams has been singing since he was 2 years old.

He has made guest appearances on stage with some of his heroes, including Ronnie Bowman, Tony Rice, IIIrd Tyme Out, and the Lonesome River Band.

Williams graduated last year from East Tennessee State University, where he studied broadcasting and bluegrass.

In 2006, Williams and his friend Marty Leedy recorded an album together titled “Bringing It!” Williams formed his own band late last year.
